The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Soldiers Group

Since the launch of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with extensive world-building, a diverse cast of personalities, and a exciting storyline featuring divine entities, fiends, and sinister influences growing in influence within the city.

Warning: Revealing details for the third episode of this adventure lie ahead.

The Warrior Group Revealed

Episode 3 concluded with a huge suspense moment and presented the premier party of heroes who will split off from the primary party to undertake their own adventure, apart from the remaining groups.

This warrior group consists of Teor (portrayed by Travis), Thimble (the talented performer), Tyranny (the cast member), Wicander (Sam), and the mysterious adventurer (the actor).

The Reason for Division

Given a large ensemble, it was clear from the start that having everyone at a single group would be impossible.

That’s why, the initial installments of this story serve as an Introduction, connecting the personal journeys before branching into three separate parties: Warriors, Strategists, and Explorers.

What Defines the Combat Party

Per Brennan Lee Mulligan, the combat-focused party is for adventurers who enjoy a typically action-packed battle-oriented gameplay experience where diplomatic options are rare.

At first glance, characters like the reluctant priest the cleric might seem mismatched, but the developments of episode 3 show why these five characters are ideally matched for the Soldiers table.

Reasons to Leave

First, the party understands precisely where to head next after a violent initial meeting with the antagonists.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose demise initiated the narrative’s action—manipulated the foes for his selfish purposes, invading the hidden lair, striking Thimble, and taking all the powerful objects to auction.

The antagonist then settled his debts and fled to a secure base in the northern region, north of Dol-Makjar, with Cyd hot on his heels.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each character has a specific drive to leave the city Dol-Makjar:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and closest confidant, desires retribution.
  • Kattigan has experience in the region and warns that it is a hostile environment.
  • The strong character and The healer, having disobeyed his family’s wishes to kill the fighter and instead rescued him, have no safe haven.
  • However, their reputation as prominent individuals in the influential clan could help the party enter locations they usually can’t.
  • Moreover, The grateful character pledged a unbreakable promise to The cleric for his rescue and will now accompany him everywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

Lastly, all of them are hunted by the authorities that rule the city for a multiple motives, making lingering locally no longer safe:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The strong figure and The healer betrayed the influential house and the horde of evil beings they are allied with.
  • The fighter is marked for death by the clan.

This leaves them no alternative but to journey toward the remote area in search of the antagonist.

What’s Next?

According to the recent installment’s post-show segment, we learn that the warrior group will be absent the following episode, leaving the remaining eight players to round up the Seekers and Schemers groups.

Fans can expect discovering which players will be where in the story’s final introductory chapter, released on October 24.
